Boxsite

Preservation Equipment Ltd. launch new bespoke box service promising bespoke archival specification boxes faster than ever.

PEL have launched their new website, boxsite.co.uk, in response to customer frustration with long lead times for bespoke boxes.

Sam Gothorp, Managing Director at PEL, spoke of the company’s latest development:

‘We’ve been offering bespoke sized boxes for many years, however traditional die-cutting methods and third-party delays have been a headache for some of our customers when they are planning a project, so we’ve decided to address those issues head-on and launched boxsite.co.uk’

The new bespoke box service is based in Diss, Norfolk, at PEL’s new manufacturing facility. The boxes are made using the most advanced digital cutting technology available, capable of precision cutting board to the finest of dimensions and shapes.

Using the website enables you to get a price for manufacture and delivery of any number of boxes, whether you need 1, or over 100, all in under a minute. With a choice of box designs, and archival quality buffered board available, boxsite.co.uk’s boxes are ideal for the framing and arts and craft industry where a ‘one size fits all’ attitude doesn’t – fit, at all.

‘We’re really looking for a quick turnaround for our customers’ said Mr. Gothorp, ‘We’re aiming to despatch all orders within 48 hours or less’. The delivery promise will be assisted by the clever adhesive-free and tape-free box designs which are sent flat and made up in seconds when required.

The new site is online now and operates separately from PEL’s main e-commerce website, it can be found at https://www.boxsite.co.uk.
